Oluomo Alimi, Odeniyi, Information Staff Salute Governor Adeleke at 66

.....Lauds his developmental strides at all levels

Osun state commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Oluomo Kolapo Alimi has joined the rest of the people of goodwill in the state and beyond in identifying with the state helmsman, Senator Ademola Adeleke for the grace to mark yet another year of love,joy and endless fulfillments on earth at 66.

A press statement issued by Oluomo Alimi on behalf of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Enlightenment, Hon.Eniola Odeniyi, the Management and staff of the Ministry of Information and Public Enlightenment described  Governor Adeleke as the proverbial *cat with nine lives* who in spite of all odds, has continued to excell in both his official and private callings as one individual whom God has specially created and sent to the universe to fulfil a given purpose. 

Alimi's press statement on the 66th birthday also commended the Governor's inspiring leadership style premised under an unwavering dedication to put Osun in the maps of local,national and international reckonings.

The birthday statement personally signed by Alimi and made available to newsmen in the early hours of today, Tuesday,13th May,2026 reads 

"Your Excellency, I am extremely happy, moved and elated, to felicitate you and your family on the occasion of your 66th birthday.

"As one of the institutions of government put in place to promote and propagate programmes,policies and activities of your government ,in the Ministry of Information,we have no doubt that,in the last three and half years,you have indeed lived up to the expectations of the good people of Osun and Nigeria as a whole.

" As a trail blazer, role model, leader and a Governor,
your people centred approach to issues of good governance, and bias free concern for the growth and development of Osun stands you out as *a numero uno.*

"On this occasion of your 66th birthday ,it will also amount to restating the obvious that, your sterling  qualities in relation to piloting the affairs of our dear state,has further earned you the love and popularity that will,by the special grace of God, get you reelected 
by the people of the state as the Guber election beckons in few months time in Osun. 

"I therefore hail and commend you for championing the growth and development of what is now famously referred to,all over Nigeria as, Modern Osun.

"As a father, teacher,  mentor and role model,history would always be kind to Your Excellency on how you have been successfully navigating the ship of the state with very minimal resources accruing to the state ,in spite of the financial wedge being put before your administration in the last one year with the seizure of funds meant for all the local governments  being illegally spent by Yes/No L.G chairmen masquerading as Chief Executives in all the local governments of Osun state .

“I congratulate you as our father and leader on this birthday celebration and wish you many happy returns of the day in good health and excellent spirit. May honour continue to trail every step you take Sir.

"Sixty six years and still counting, I pray that by the special grace of God, you will  live long in making  your impacts felt,more and more, for the growth and development of Osun state.

Adeleke Urges Osun Pilgrims to Uphold State's Integrity During Hajj

  Sunday Okunade Intending pilgrims from Osun State have been urged to serve as worthy ambassadors of the state as they embark on the holy pilgrimage to Mecca. Gov. Adeleke urges couples to make God cornerstone of their marriage
