Governor Adeleke Launches State Investment Promotion Agency Brochure
....Re-assures investors of ease of doing businesses in Osun
Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has re-assured prospective investors across the country and beyond of ease of doing businesses in his state.
Governor Adeleke gave the assurance during the official launching of the Osun Investment Promotion Agency brochure held at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Osogbo.
At the event attended by top government functionaries, the state helmsman affirmed that all mechanisms to make businesses thrive such as road networks, secure environment, stable electricity among others are in place across the length and breath of the State.
Represented by his Deputy, Prince Kola Adewusi, the Osun state chief executive thanked the existing investors in the State for keeping faith and partnering with his administration.
The governor further disclosed that, harnessing the full potentials of Osun State is a collaborative efforts which must not be left to government alone.
Earlier in his welcome address, Commissioner for commerce and industry, Hon. Bunmi Jenyo, appreciated the governor's usual support for business owners thereby creating an enabling environment for their businesses to thrive.
Hon. Jenyo stated that, Osun State is open to business for genuine entrepreneurs and captains of industries among others.
In his address, Special Adviser to the Governor on Osun State Investment Promotion Agency (OSIPA), who doubles as the CEO of the agency, Hon. Felix Olatunji, disclosed that, the State is undergoing unprecedented development in all spheres which requires long-term investment.
He saluted the courage and ingenuity of Governor Adeleke in marshalling the State's affairs which culminated in the transformation of all sectors of the State.
On the core mandates of the agency, Hon. Olaitan, said, OSIPA serves as a one-stop shop for investment- related activities, streamlining processes and coordinating with relevant government agencies , promoting abundant investment opportunities in the State, attract local and foreign investors towards improving the State economy.
