The Company which has its headquarters  Lagos State, is a Nigerian investment and infrastructure firm specializing in real estate, smart urban planning, and emerging technologies.
The partnership is structured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), with policy support from the Osun State Government and execution by Smart City Plc.

Speaking at the MoU signing, the Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Rev. Bunmi Jenyo, expressed his satisfaction with the agreement, commending the collaborative efforts of all government agencies involved in bringing the project to life.
