I'll continue to deliver dividends of democracy to my people --Gov. Adeleke

Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has reaffirmed his commitment to delivering the dividends of democracy to the people of the state.
The governor made this pledge while inspecting the recently renovated and rehabilitated Primary Health Centres in Telemu, Ola-Oluwa Local Government Area, and Ido-Osun in Egbedore Local Government Area.
He emphasized that his administration prioritizes the health and well-being of Osun residents, which is why proactive steps have been taken to renovate Primary Health Centres across the state.
Governor Adeleke recalled that his government had secured grants due to its pragmatic approach to the health sector and assured that the funds would be fully utilized to enhance healthcare services.
Addressing residents who warmly welcomed him, the governor stressed that a responsible government must never neglect the health and welfare of its people. He reiterated his commitment to ensuring quality healthcare for every individual in Osun.
He also urged community members and health center staff to maintain the newly renovated facilities to ensure their longevity, reminding them that these centers belong to everyone in the community.
Furthermore, Governor Adeleke assured the people of Ido-Osun that all ongoing projects, including road construction, would be completed once due processes and planning were finalized.
Earlier, the Olojudo of Ido-Osun, Oba Olayinka Ishola, commended the governor for the various infrastructural developments in the town. He also appealed for the swift completion of ongoing road projects.
Speaking at the Telemu Primary Health Centre, Mrs. Ogunyinka Sadia, a representative of the Ola-Oluwa Local Government Health Authority, appreciated the state government for the renovation and called for further support to upgrade more primary healthcare centers in the local government.
In response, Deputy Governor Prince Kola Adewusi assured residents of the government’s continuous support, stating that although progress may be gradual, every local government in the state would benefit from these initiatives.
Dignitaries present at the event included the Commissioner for Health, Barrister Jola Akintola; Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Barrister Kolapo Alimi; Commissioner for Commerce and Industries, Hon. Bumi Jenyo; Special Adviser to the Governor on Primary Health Care Development, Dr. Oyerinde Michael; Chairman of the Primary Health Care Development Board, Alhaji Tajudeen Adisa; and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Isiaka Adekunle, among others.
