Osun LG Polls: Vote for PDP Candidates, Hon. Jelili Charges Lapeleke/ Ifesowapo Community Residents

As the February 22nd Local Government election is approaching, residents of Lapeleke/Ifesowapo community of Alusekere Ward 5, have been charged to troop out in large numbers and vote for the Peoples' Democratic Party, PDP candidates.

The PDP Councillorship Candidate for Alusekere Ward 5, Ede North Local Government area of Osun State, Hon Oloruntele Jelili gave this charge during his campaign visit to the community on Thursday.

Hon Jelili, who was given rousing welcome by the mammoth crowd from the community appealed to the residents to demonstrate their unflinching and unalloyed support to him during the period of the coming local government election.

The PDP Councillorship Candidate who was highly elated assured the residents of his readiness to turn around the fortunes of the entire Alusekere Ward 5 as he will not deviate from the four cardinal points of the party.

While asking the community to present their needs to him for him to work assiduously on them, Hon Jelili said, the Peoples' Democratic Party, PDP is the only political party that can liberate the people and alleviate their suffering as well, saying that's why Governor Ademola Adeleke has been transforming the entire Osun with his people oriented programmes since he assumed the office.

While speaking, the Special Adviser to Governor Ademola Adeleke on Art and Culture, Hon Lekan Salami and PDP Youth Leader, Owode-Ede, Hon Rafiu Waliu who accompanied Hon Jelili described the PDP Councillorship Candidate for Alusekere Ward 5, Ede North Local Government as an amiable, dedicated, exposed, God faring and active politician who is ready to work for the upliftment of the entire Ward 5.

"We are appealing to you to support him with your votes come February 22nd and he will not let you down by God's Grace, we assure you all" they added.
