2024 Osun NUJ Press Week: Health Walk Holds Tomorrow


As part of activities marking the 2024 Osun NUJ Press Week,the Health Walk put in place to ensure well being of Journalists in the state holds tomorrow.

A statement by the Chairman and secretary of Health Walk Committee, Comrade Wumi Olaniyi and Mojisola Oladele indicates that members would walk from  Osun NUJ Press Centre, beside Technical College, Osogbo down to Capital Hotel through Dada Estate to Dele Yes Sir and back to the Press Centre.

The Health Walk will have in attendance notable individuals like Wife of Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, Princess Egbedun, a member representing ife South State Constituency in the House of Assembly Engr. Lekan Adeoti, and member, representing Ifedayo State Constituency,  Dr Kasope Abolarin and other top government functionaries.

The Health Walk which is  Sponsored by MoniePoint will have in attendance,its  State Coordinator,Pastor Olufemi Olaniyan who will lead  his team to open a free account for members of the Union after the exercise

The  statement enjoined members of the union to put on white T- shirt and Jean and converge at the Press Centre by 7 in the morning for the all important briefing before the take off.

Adeleke Urges Osun Pilgrims to Uphold State's Integrity During Hajj

  Sunday Okunade Intending pilgrims from Osun State have been urged to serve as worthy ambassadors of the state as they embark on the holy pilgrimage to Mecca.
